What if a hidden issue is found?
We explain the issue, obtain technical input where required and discuss the effect on the work, price and programme before additional work proceeds wherever reasonably possible.
Can I live in the property while work takes place?
This depends on the work and access to essential rooms and services. Discuss it during preparation so the stages can be considered together.
What information is provided at completion?
We bring together the relevant completion information and any applicable certificates for the work undertaken.
