What HMO work can you undertake?

Do you work on short-term accommodation?
Yes. Short-term accommodation and other investor-led refurbishment projects are included in our services. The intended use and work are considered for each property.
Can you quote before the design is complete?
We can discuss the project early. A clear quotation depends on having enough information about the scope, specification and design.
Who confirms planning and licensing requirements?
The requirements for the particular property and intended use should be confirmed with the relevant council and appointed advisers. Share that information as the design and scope are developed.
