Meet the person behind the build
Built on experience.
Led by Paul.
Founder and project manager Paul Meikle started on site at 14, progressing from bricklaying to managing large construction projects.
Today, he is actively involved in every Meikle Homes project, bringing practical knowledge to the decisions, details and coordination that keep a build moving.

Yes. You can get in touch with an initial idea, early sketches or a full set of drawings. Tell us where you are in the process so we can discuss the next step.
Do you work with homeowners and investors?
Yes. We work on extensions, loft conversions, kitchens and refurbishments for homeowners, as well as HMOs, rental refurbishments and property development projects.
Can you help coordinate design and structural work?
Where required, we can help coordinate architects and structural specialists alongside the construction work. Responsibilities, appointments and any third-party fees are agreed as part of the project proposal.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Share your project type, property postcode and what you want to achieve. If you have them, include drawings, your target budget and preferred timing. You do not need everything ready to start a conversation.
