Can you work from an early idea?
Yes. We can discuss your priorities before drawings are ready and help coordinate specialist input where required. Appointments and fees are agreed in the proposal.
Can an extension include an open-plan kitchen?
Yes. Kitchen extensions and internal alterations can form part of the same project, with structural design and installation coordinated within the agreed scope.
How long will the work take?
The programme depends on the size, design, access, structural work and selected products. We discuss timing once the scope is understood.
What should I do about approvals?
Share any existing planning or design information early. The requirements and responsibilities for your particular property need to be established during preparation.
